Today you turned in your info sheets; remember all year that S=3+. Then you composed your first timed paragraph. After I shared my symbol drawing, you began work on yours. It is due tomorrow on white paper, in color, and S=3+. Can't wait to see how you introduce yourself.
Welcome! It's hard to believe another year has begun already. I still need some more "beach" time to relax. Today we worked on answering the question "Why Write?" Tonight you are to fill out the Info questionaire and organize your 5 tabbed dividers in your 3 ring binder. We'll talk more organization tips tomorrow.
While you are out at the pool, shopping for new clothes and school goodies, or relaxing and enjoying some cool air, I'm sitting in another meeting! I hope you are enjoying your last summer days but are getting curious about our new school year. I'm anxious to meet you and introduce you to the fun and expectations of DMS 8th.
