ALP-LA - Today Part 1 Fahrenheit written work was due, and Word Study - Part 1 was given. Afterward, we discussed Part 1. Tomorrow: Content Quiz Part 1  All ALP-LA students need to be reviewing Parts of the Sentence because quizzes/tests are coming!  PART 2 - "The Sieve and the Sand" written work due next Thursday 2/28 followed by Word Study Quiz for Part 2....... Part 3 "Burning Bright" written work due Thursday 3/6 followed by a Word Study Quiz Part 3.

All language arts students, both alp-la and la, who were absent yesterday 2/20 missed work in the e-lab with the 8th grade counselor, Mrs. Pearce. She is working on detailed instructions on how students who missed the work can make it up at home. She will have those instructions completed Monday 2/25. I will hand out the instructions for the activity on Monday. (It is a grade)

LA - Today in class we continued reading "Flowers for Algernon". HOMEWORK: Worksheet f/b on Parts of the Sentence. Quiz tomorrow on this material.
