Today was the Chapter 11 Test.  Make-up:  Monday, November 7th at 8:10 AM in my room.  Each student should have read Chapter 12 Section 1 after the test.

Tuesday 10/25/11

Pop quiz today.  We corrected the activity sheets from Monday.  Lab was put off until Thursday.  The Chapter 11 Test has been rescheduled for Monday, October 31st.

Monday 10/24/11

Each student received 3 practice sheets.  Any work not completed in class is homework.  Be prepared for lab on Tuesday.

The Atomic Pyramid activity was turned in.  Each student read Chapter 11 Section 2.  We discussed the section.  Make flash cards.  Each student picked up a concept map for Chapter 11 (attached).  The Chapter 11 Test is on October 28th.

Thursday 10/20/11

Each student read Chapter 11 Section 1.  We discussed it and took notes.  Make flash cards.  Each student should have picked up a study guide and an atomic pyramid activity.  The pyramid activity should be completed by tomorrow.  The Chapter 11 Test will be on October 28th.

Today was spent discussing expectations in 8th Grade science and cleaning out the notebook in order to get it ready for second quarter.

Today was the Chapter 4 Test.  Make-up:  Monday, October 24th at 8:10 in Ms. Roth's room.
