6th Grade:  WS "Did You Hear..." and "Mr. and Mrs. Number".  If time permits, do the odds on the WS "Pre-Algebra Assignment" on order of operations.

Math 7/8:  Construction booklet is due on Monday, Dec. 5.  You should be well on your way to completion after we did a draft of the cover today.  Remember, to read the sheet outlining the requirements and pay attention to the details! The booklet will be graded for accuracy and neatness of your constructions.

Help session tomorrow as usual.

6th Grade:  WS: "Cryptic Quiz" and "Test of Knowledge"  Do all work in your notebooks.  This is also a good time to check whether you need to replace your notebook.  If you have no blank pages left and are writing in any available space, your notes will be useless...time to get a new book!

Math 7/8:  Begin work on your construction booklet.  At this point, you should be able to do all of the required constructions.  The only thing left to learn is the design for the cover.  The final booklet is due on Monday, December 5.

All classes:  This is the final week to order a yearbook.  The cost is $30.  Orders for the yearbook were NOT taken during Meet and Greet at the beginning of the year so if you want a yearbook, be sure to order one this week.

6th Grade:  Finish both sides of WS 1-2 on Order of Operations.

Math 7/8:  No homework but it would be wise to go to the web site and review the constructions we've done up to this point.

6th Grade:  Finish WS "Elmo".  Define the variable, write the equation, and solve--even if it is easy and you can do it in your head!  Quiz tomorrow on solving one-step equations and a few word problems.

Math 7/8:  No homework but continue to use the website to review your constructions.

6th Grade: Finish solving the equations on the worksheet you got in class today--NOT the word problems--only the side with the equations.  Remember to write the steps to show that you are "balancing" the equation.

All classes:  Go to USAtestprep.com   

1)  In the upper right corner, click on member login

2)  When the next page opens, look below the login windows and click on "Create a new account"

3)  You will see windows to fill in the School ID and Student Activation code that you got in class today. From there, continue to answer the questions.  Use your first name, last initial for username and lunch number for password.

4)  Print out your ID card so you have your username and password to keep in your math binder.  If you cannot print, write the information down in your agenda and math notebook.
