The Disney Trip chaperones have been chosen by the administration. Your child will be bringing an information sheet home for you to complete and return to us.
The chaperone amount due is $250 on or before March 1, 2012
All chaperones/directors will stay in a room of two. There are two double beds in each room. There are no exceptions. The rooming list is on the sheet sent home to each of you.
There is a mandatory chaperone meeting followed by the parent meeting.
Chaperones meet at 5:30 p.m. in the theater. You will sit at the form collection table between 6:30 - 7 p.m.
The general parent meeting will begin promptly at 7 p.m. and hopefully be done by 7:30 p.m.
