All State Chorus February 24 - 26 (one 8th grade student)
March 3 Pre-festival concert at Walton HS for 8th grade only. Concert attire. Theater performance. Be there by 7:15 p.m. Concert at 7:30 p.m.
March 14 (Monday) LGPE (festival for 7th grade combined choruses) 2:00 p.m. We will leave for lunch out and be home hopefully by dismissal time. You will need to make up work missed from school. We will also need many chaperones for this trip. Email us is you can go. Concert attire.
March 15 (Tuesday) LGPE (festival for 8th grade combined choruses) 2:00 p.m. We will leave for lunch out and be home hopefully by dismissal time. You will need to make up work missed from school. We will also need many chaperones for this trip. Email us if you can go. Concert attire.
April 27 - 29 Mandatory 8th grade Disney Rehearsals in the theater from 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. Be on time.
May 4 - 8 :8th grade Disney Trip. Bring luggage and medicine zip lock bag to theater between 8:15 - 8:45 a.m. Look for your chaperone and check in. We will depart later that day. Have all luggage and items marked with your first and last name.
May 10 All Grades: Talent Show auditions during class. Must have accompaniment only CD if singing. Burn a copy for Mrs. Smith that you do not need back.
May 12 Thursday 6th grade Concert "Night of the Arts" Jeans and red t-shirt. Time TBA We will sing in the theater.
May 17 Tuesday 7th & 8th grade Spring Concert. 7th 6:15 p.m. arrival time concert at 6:30 p.m. 8th grade arrive at 7:15 p.m. and concert begins at 7:30 p.m. 7th grade wear your Navy blue DMS t-shirt and nice long blue jeans. 8th grade will wear their Disney Trip t-shirt and nice long blue jeans.
May 20th Talent show during connections times for those that pass the first audition.
