Update regarding Quiz

Due to the 8th grade administrative meeting on Wednesday - during 1st period,the quiz will be moved to Friday.This will allow ample time to review on Wednesday for all classes.

Monday - All classes will complete the "Georgia Region" flip book with in the first few minutes of class.This means that you will need to work on the assignment as homework.Classes 1-3 will need to include your questions with the "guiding" words.

Tuesday - Complete books and begin "Climate"

Wednesday - Complete readings regarding climate and weather

Thursday - Quiz all  Classes -  OPEN HOUSE for 8th grade

Friday -  Waterways, Highways and Transportaion

Welcome to the 8th grade and to Georgia History.

Today you received the guidelines for your notebook as well as you textbook.All classes will receive time to finish their "book" activity at the begining of class.

Wednesday we will begin activities about the physical regions of Georgia.

Remember that your summer reading for social studies is due August 31st.
