Butter Lab (S8P1 b., d., e.,) 60 mL of whipping cream, pinch of salt
Pour in a clear plastic container
Shake vigorously for about 10 minutes - mixture should separate
Pour out the milky substance and keep the butter - ENJOY!
Seeing the Light Lab (S8P1 b., d.) (S8CS9) - TSW distinguish between particle sizes, particle dispersion, in different types of mixtures to determine if they are a suspension, colloid, or a solution.
