TUESDAY: Complete prewrite for tribute poems as directed below:
Prewrite: Fill up a sheet of notebook paper listing words, phrases and expressions that connect to the person to whom you are paying tribute. Possible categories mayinclude the following: likes, dislikes, hobbies, activities, values.
WEDNESDAY: Complete rough drafts of tribute peoms as directed:
Rough Drafts: Select two of the tribute poems studied in class (one from Group A and
one from Group B) and write a rough draft of a tribute poem for your person that
models the style and form.
