**Scoliosis screening for 6th and 8th grade students only, will be held on November 16th & 17th.
Help!! We need volunteers to help screen our students. The screening will take place in the afternoon from 12:30pm-4:05pm. Any time you can offer would be greatly appreciated! There is a short training being held on Monday, November 7th beginning at 11:30am at Dickerson. If you have already been trained, you do not need to go through the training again. Please don't be hesitant to join us. The screening is not difficult or stressful!!
**If your child has already been screened by a physician, is currently under the care of a physician for scoliosis, or you simply would not like your child to be screened, please print out, sign, and return the form below to the PE department.
