8/22 Simple Probability.  Today students learn about simple probability and how to write the probability when rolling die etc.

8/23  More simple probability.  Students will learn how to use a tree diagram when writing probability of an event.  Students will also create a "sum chart" to use when finding sums of dice.

8/17  We started Unit 1 yesterday.  Students learned about probability and number of outcomes from an event

Today, students will be able to list outcomes, draw tree diagrams to determine outcomes and use the counting principle to determine outcomes.

Welcome Back 6th Period math

8/15  Welcome Back.  We started class with a powerpoint presentation and getting to know each other.

Students were also given a copy of the math syllabus which contains information regarding supplies for class.  Parents should review this and sign and review the bottom portion.

Tomorrow we will begin Unit 1 on Probability
