Unit 5
We just finished Unit 4 on arithmetic sequences which leads us into the slope of a line.
The students calculated their walking rate per second by timing how long it took each of them to walk 10 meters. We will apply this to the distance formula: d = rt and discuss similar scenarios.
1/29 - Comparing walking rates. Homework will be a worksheet on cycling rates per hours. Students will make a table, graph data and write equations.
