8/29 Because some of the students are having difficulty with probability, we reviewed yesterday's quiz which will add points to their quiz grades.
Homework: Hands on Lab.
I have moved the test to Friday. We will review again tomorrow. Students can also practice online.
Thursday's homework will be to study notes and the review sheet.
No homework over the weekend.
Mon: Review of Compound Events---students will review independent and dependent events
Tues: Quiz on Compound Probability
Weds: Review of Tree Diagrams/Counting Principles/Theoretical Probability and Compound Events
Students will be provided a review worksheet along with detailed answers for checking work.
Thurs: Test on Probability Unit
I am available for extra help most mornings at 8:15.
Students learned about the probability of compound events - independent and dependent.
Homework - Practice 10-5.
Tomorrow the students will learn the difference between the addition principle of probability and the multiplication principle of probability.

2nd Period. We reviewed in class for the quiz on 10-1 and 10-8, Students were also given a worksheet for homework.
In order to prepare for the quiz, students should review the Quiz Review and if possible practice problems from the website.
It has been a great first week. We are working on Probability. Students were given Worksheet Practice A for homework. Notes were also included.
Next week, we will continue with probability. We will review on Monday and have a quiz on Tuesday.Students will be given a review sheet
On Wednesday, we will begin Section 10-5 Independent and Dependent Events.
