Today in class we reviewed the answers to yesterdays handouts, with the exception of the LIGHT TRICKS handout. It will be collected for accuracy on Monday. Check out the online resources posted yesterday for help with the handout.

We also viewed several simulations of color that are posted on the on-line resources.

Lastly we began covering several details of sound. There were 2 handouts that we got at the beginning of class to help with this process.

Today in class we reviewed the colors of light and pigment. We also allowed some corrections on the multiple choice section of yesterday's test.

The only homework is to finish the 2 handouts.  there is an error on one hand it says that violet has the longest wavelength and red the shortest, That should be flipped violet has the shortest and red has the longest.

  • Wednesday May 14 Waves Part II test (It will cover chapter 16 Sound and the portions covering color from chapter 18 and 17)
  • Book Check Wednesday May 14
  • Final Exam Tuesday May 20 in the afternoon.
