Tomorrow you will continue this discussion including the story vocabulary words, which are Scotland. creature, snake-like, legendary, monster, swirled, ferocious, claim,remote, retreated, blurred, swarmed, flippers, grainy, sonar, murky, bulky, prehistoric, reptile, eels.
Attention 8th graders: One week from today (1/18/12) you will take the State Writing Test. Since you are allowed extended time on this test, this may take a long time. Eat a BIG breakfast!
6th and 7th graders: This will be a read-only day. Be prepared to spend time finishing your current silent reading book and take an AR test on it.
