Tomorrow you will continue to study volcanoes.

Hello 6th Graders,

Today you presented your articles about disabled athletes.  Thanks go to Dasom Bea for her outstanding job in researching and presenting to the class an article about a winning soccer team whose teammates are in wheelchairs.  Tomorrow you will finish the story and go to the media center. What was Walter's problem in the story you read today?

Hello 7th Graders,

Today you finished the story about the boy who wanted to remain in the U.S. when his parents returned to Russia. What government agency was mentioned in the story?

Argbookwormbgsmurl Hello Everybody,

8th grade, you all had some very interesting articles about volcanoes today.  Tomorrow you will continue to study volcanos and related vocabulary.

6th grade, I am looking forward to hearing all about your articles on disabled athletes.  Remember my purpose for this assignment is to have you understand that some disabled people have full rewarding physical lives.  Why do you think I wrote physical in bold font?

7th grade, I hope you all remember to BRING your articles to class.  By the way, feel free to answer the question from the 6th grade entry.

Who can explain the picture I put on the blog today?

Animation_thumb Hello Everyone,

We are 4/5 of the way through the conference week, and I hope all of your parents are hearing good things about you. Has everyone spent tons of money at the Book Fair?  If not, there is one more day.

I don't have any questions for you to answer today (sorry, Javier.)  I want you to spend time reading.  All January AR tests are due by January 31, 2008.  Have you taken your AR test for this month?

Jennifer, I tried to email you, but it was returned.  Why doesn't my email like your email?

Keep trying to reach me through my email, students.  It has to work eventually.

Enjoy the weekend!

This morning I visited my former ESOL students who are 9th graders at Walton.  I am proud of the success they have achieved in high school.  I know that my current students will also make me proud when they go to high school.  Keep up the good work, everybody!
