There will be a morning help session tomorrow, March 1st.  Come in if you need to make-up any work due to absence.

homework:  10-6 Practice worksheet.  Do the work in your spiral, following the 'Y' format modeled in class.

Thursday, Feb. 17

Come in early tomorrow morning (by 8:20 am) if you need to make-up any work.

homework:  complete both sides of the worksheet...sketching nets and sketching views

Wednesday, Feb. 16

 

Tomorrow is the make-up day for tests.  Come in at 8:20 am if you were absent yesterday or need to finish up.

homework:  complete both sides of the worksheet, "practice 12-7" and "lights on Halloween".  Also, make sure you've completed pgs. 1, 2, 3 in the CRCT workbook.

Tuesday, Feb. 15

Come in early Thursday the 17th to make-up today's test.  This morning is being reserved for make-ups...the next help session will be Tuesday, March 1st.

homework:  white CRCT workbook pgs. 1,2,3.  Show your work on the workbook page.  This assignment will be graded.

Friday, Feb. 11

The next help session is Tuesday, Feb. 15

homework:  begin to study/prepare for Tuesday's test. Look over old homework assignments, and make sure you refer to the orange half-sheet of topics you received yesterday.  

Thursday, Feb. 10

No help session tomorrow...but do come in early to make-up a quiz!!!

homework:  begin to study for Tuesday's test.  Use the orange half-sheet of study topics that went home today.  Also, complete the "scale factor" and "perimeter" columns on the worksheet, and answer the two questions at the bottom.  Remember, the far right "area" column is optional.

homework:  Major unit test next Tuesday.  Tonight, do white CRCT workbook pg. 28 and the 7-8 Practice worksheet.  You do not write proportions (think King Henry).  Change #25 to read 3 L = ___ ml

Tuesday, Feb. 8

Please come in early tomorrow if you have to make up a quiz.

homework:  there will be a learning check tomorrow.  Memorize the information in the chart on pg. 496 in your text.  Also know how to draw "big G".  Write proportions (a must!) in your spiral and solve the problems on the "integration: measurement" worksheet.

Monday, Feb. 7

There will be a help session tomorrow at 8:15 am.  Please come in early if you need tomake up the quiz from Friday.

homework:  memorize the chart on pg. 496 in your text.  Also memorize the "big G" chart you copied during class.  In your spiral, solve problems #1-32 on pg. 498 in your textbook.  You are expected to solve a minimum of 10 of these problems by writing a proportion...just like we did in class.

Friday, Feb. 4

homework:  do pages 10-12 in the white CRCT workbook.  Show your work on the workbook page...don't tell me "I did it in my head".  If you are having trouble remembering, refer to your textbook, look up "percent" in the index.
