For the reading requirement this month, all second connections classes have to show that they have read a book. For drama I am asking that my drama class take an Accelerated Reader test on a book they have read in November. The due date is November 30.

8th graders must have 3 AR tests taken by November 30th.
6th and 7th graders must take one AR test by November30th.
Remember there is a vocabulary/spelling test tomorrow on Wordly Wise, Lesson 2. You must do the following for each word: spell, define, and use it in a sentence. Also, remember to have your reading log signed and bring it tomorrow.
There will be no book project for December. You must take at least 2 AR tests, but no project.
The November book project is due November 30. Make sure you choose a project that you have not previously done.
Also, there has been a considerable drop in students who have their current event and reading log each week. These assignments are due every week. I am available most mornings by 8:15 to help students complete their weekly current event. Please take advantage of this opportunity. (As of the week of Nov. 12th, I will not be available Tuesday mornings because of extended day classes.)
