Help Sessions are at the regular times this week.

High School registration forms are due March 4th.

Spring pictures are Thursday, must have money and forms filled out.

Everyone has Unit 6 test on Thursday.

Mon. Math 8: review worksheet of material covered before break HW:finish Advanced: work on polygon packet HW: finish at least page 2.

Tues. Math8: proportions HW: all but last page of packet Advanced: finished poygon packet and started test review HW: finish up to #20 on test review

Wed. Math8: test review HW: finish test review, know the vocabulary ( Ms. Kennedy will have answers on her blog) Advanced: finish test review HW: study Know the vocabulary and the formulas.

Thurs. Everyone has a test Unit 6, then start exam review HW: none (unless you are behind)

Everyone has exam (benchmark) on Monday

Friday Everyone will review for the exam HW: study for Monday's exam

Unit 6: Congruence started on Friday the Unit test will be Thursday March 3rd. After winter break.

Mon. Math 8: More about parallel and perpendicular lines. Practiced writing equations. HW: worksheet Advanced: Angle relationships of parallel lines cut by transversals. HW: finish 1st 5 pages of packet.

Tues. Math 8: Did a graded assignment in class on equations for parallel and perpendicular lines. Took notes on special angle relationships HW: finish worksheet Advanced: work on completing packet HW: finish

Wed. Math 8: Using algebra to find angle measurements HW: finish worksheet Advanced: Proportions and indirect measurement. HW: study all vocabulary for a quiz tomorrow, finish just 1st paper(front and back) in new proportions packet

Thurs. Math 8: Angle relationship with parallel lines cut by a transversal HW: worksheet on finding angle measurements Advanced: took quiz then more proportions HW: finish packet if not completed in class

Friday Math8: practice relationships from Thurs. HW: none ....but if you are behind it is time to catch-up Advanced: Facts about polygons-fill in chart HW: none...but if you are behind it is time to catch-up
